“The hotel smelled awful like cigarette smoke despite saying it was non-smoking. Our window wouldn't shut, the deadbolt was broken, there was no other lock, and when we asked for a new room we were told no. We never got clean towels unless we asked and we're always told none we're available. When we did get clean towels they were left on the floor outside the room. The guests or residents were loud, yelling, cussing, slamming doors. The garbage was never taken out during our 6 night stay. Guests……

“We were there 3 weeks. The second time I requested the linens be changed all they did was flip the sheets over and turn them around. I know this because the little taco bell sauce I spilled had just changed position in the fitted sheet. I understand this a cheaper extended stay compared to the others in Kokomo.”
