“Would not read my receipt that showed 3 rooms were booked and kept saying only one room was. He didnt read and see the other 2 names. Only looked under my name because I booked the rooms. Would not give the other 2 booked rooms the price Expedia booked them for. One door key I was told to leave at the desk and go to them when I need in because it was a special room with only one key that could not be lost. I had to ask for pillows for the bed. Clerk let me know how much trouble it was finding me……
