“This was our first trip to Boston and we were so happy about our lodging! We knew from the pictures that the property was appealing, but we had no idea how superb the location would be. And our host, Therese, was fabulous.Property: absolutely gorgeous...a stately, beautifully maintained brownstone provided the perfect environment for cozy evenings at home. “This place is a great location but that is about all. Upon arrival I was not sure I was at the correct location because there is no way to see the address from the road and the property is very overgrown and the exterior is in rough shape which was surprising considering the cost per night. Once inside the floors were clean and beds were made but we were also met with broken blinds, ants crawling on the counter in the kitchen, green stains on the wall coming from the air conditioner, an exhaust……

“The property was okay, but not great. The check-in process was completely lacking, I called, emailed and texted every number I could find with no response until around 6 pm on check-in day. The basic supplies in the kitchen and bathroom were lacking or non-existent and the second 'bed', an air mattress leaked badly.”

“Absolute perfect place for what we needed. Clean and well appointed the property had everything we needed for our week long stay. The location was fantastic in East Cambridge with a short walk to the green line or red line and a shorter walk to groceries and bakeries.Great communication and a super easy check in/out process.Would happily stay here again when back in Boston.”

“Great location! Easy walk to Inman, Central and Harvard squares. Beautiful walk up Harvard street to Harvard square. The location felt very safe. Loved the balconies! Beds were incredibly comfortable. Very clean! Quiet! Off street parking! Having a washer and dryer was great! The kitchen was perfect! Absolutely loved the stay! Our host was great! Very quick to reply when we had questions. We normally stay between Harvard and Porter squares. This was a great change and I’m so glad we did it!”
