L'Appartement est situé à La Rochelle, à la pointe des minimes et du port de plaisance, à 100 mètres de la plage des minimes, à 1,9 km de l'Espace Encan, à 2,7 km de la gare, à 3,3 km du parc des expositions, et à 1,1 km de la plage du Roux. Bénéficiant d'une vue imprenable sur la mer, le port, la ville, il est non fumeur et dispose d'un ascenseur. Cet appartement très lumineux dispose d'une télévision. La cuisine est équipée d'un micro-ondes, d'un four, d'un réfrigérateur, d'ustensiles de cuisine, d'une machine à café et d'une bouilloire. Pour plus d'intimité, l'hébergement dispose d'une entrée privée et d'un coin nuit fermé par une cloison et un rideau isolant. Vous séjournerez à proximité du port de plaisance des Minimes, du phare du bout du monde et de l'université de La Rochelle. L'aéroport de La Rochelle-Île de Ré, le plus proche, est à 10 km.
