The staff were attentive, helpful, and cheerful and the food was excellent (some of the best we had in all of Italy). They offer free shuttle rides to the city with the last shuttle returning at 6:30 PM. We felt pampered and would actually have preferred to have stayed and spent more time at the hotel rather than running around Florence. Great place to relax and decompress."

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good.
We stayed one night due to an early flight. We were able to park the rental car on-site for free. We returned the car to the airport rental lot at 5:30 am.
