“This place did not disappoint! From booking through checkout, the staff was communicative, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It definitely felt like home away from home. We loved the location which was right on the border of the cute little town of Bigfork. Perfect walking distance to coffee, shopping, and food. On the other side of the cottages is the Swan River which was peaceful to walk over to after dinner. We would recommend The Cottages at Bigfork to anyone……

“Stayed for 2 nights mid-September. Weather was too cool for solar shower to be operational, but could still wash up in restroom. Overnight lows got into 40s but there were enough blankets provided to keep warm in the comfortable bed. Only found a few small bugs; wasn't a bother at all. Worth the price for a unique experience.”

“Carpet needs to be replaced, along with blinds and windows that open with screens. Wifi was challenging at first and rooms were very warm upon arrival. Queen bed needs access on both sides and futon needs to be replaced.”

“Great location and very quiet. However the electrical outlets in the bedroom were a bit frustrating. The wall outlets were connected to the wall switch so when we turned the lights off in the bedroom we could not charge our phones beside the bed because the wall switch turned them off. Maybe a note to alert renters would help. Otherwise the room was just right for our stay. Thanks”
