This newly built, spacious studio apartment is in the prestigious Signal Hill neighborhood between Lake Placid and Mirror Lakes. STR-210003
It features gorgeous views of Whiteface Mountain and the Lake and is fully furnished with a queen bed and a sofa bed. It is five minutes from Main Street, Lake Placid, full of shopping, dining, swimming, and boating activities. It is a place for a cozy getaway for two guests, those who enjoy local meals and a relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of car parking is available.

My wife and I stayed her for our trip to Lake Placid. It was absolutely incredible! Quaint, perfectly sized and very adequate for all of our needs, including making breakfast every morning. It had everything we needed and it was the PERFECT location. Walking distance to many attractions, including Mirror Lake activities, as well as trail heads, restaurants and shops. We also met the owners (and their grandson) and they were very respectful and accommodating.

Host was responsive and the place was beautiful. Very clean, has everything you need and gorgeous mountain views. Quiet. The driveway would not be very accessible without 4wd. Wonderful stay would definitely come back

Perfect Spot in Lake Placid

The property is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. It's on a quiet side street that's just a few minutes walk to Main Street. All the sight seeing and hiking/skiing spots of Lake Placid are a short walk or drive. I highly recommend for a solo or couple getaway.

So cozy, so clean!

This cozy and stylish apartment was perfection for my best friend and I to have a girls weekend away. It’s so close to downtown LP, and it has to be one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed at in my life. Communication with the host was amazing and I highly recommend anyone staying there. It has everything you need for a restful, quiet, and convenient stay in LP!

Apartment was immaculate. Great location. We enjoyed our stay. One small suggestion would be to install a towel bar in bathroom so guests have somewhere to hang damp towels and washcloths to dry. Thanks!

When we entered the first thing that we noticed was how clean the apartment was!! It was the perfect spot to spend a weekend. We had everything we needed and more. It was located close to Main Street. We would recommend this place to all of our friends.

This place was exactly what I wanted, very clean and very new. Walking distance to Lake Placid Main Street. Seamless check in and check out. Responsive hosts. I came to the area for road cycling, and the host provided a secure place to stow my bike. I would totally return and recommend this place.

Place was very clean! Loved the views of the mountains and the location was great. Walking distance to the whole town and nearby hiking trails or water activities. The studio was really nice and well equipped with anything you would need. Loved having the washer and dryer to have clean, fresh clothes after hiking all day. Highly recommend.
