"It was dated but I knew that. Rooms were very large ( previously apartments). Really good air conditioning, quiet and efficient. A lot of road noise due to busy 4 lane byway adjacent. Awesome second floor patio. Tables and chairs have seen better days, but functional. Great large pool. Perfect water temperature, tables and chairs are better there. It was quite private from the road surprisingly. A couple of negatives would be property manager (older) gentleman barged into our room without...

"It was your typical low-cost, no frills place! Everything was clean, no bugs that i could see. AC worked great, tv had lots to choose from, the kitchenette was convenient and they even include their own pots/pans/dishes. Our bed was a little on the wonky side, but still very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! There were a few sketchy people just hanging around outside, but they're easily ignored."
