“Wonderful stay. Good breakfast. Good room. Wonderful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The staff was green, unaccommodating, pillows nasty, no bags in trash cans, couldn’t get clean towels or extra garbage bags for trash . When we called to check in 2 hours early one employee said there was a $25 charge then when we got there the same employee that I spoke with on the phone said we could have. Cold coffee!! Breakfast from 6 - 9am, but when I got there, late by 10 minutes, even though the food was still out they refused to let me get anything then waited another 10-15 minutes……

“We needed a hotel room for one night to rest after a long travel day on the road. Alot hotels in the area were already sold out; so the hotel room did serve it's purpose. Unfortunately , the room we were given ( Room 303) had a severe moisture issue. The flooring including the carpeting was damp and condensation was pooling on the flooring so much so that I had to lay towels down to absorb the water. Everything in the room felt damp and by morning my suitcase had a damp feel to it as well. ……

“The property looks terrible when you first show up. The elevator in particular looked very beat up and the building only has three floors. My room was OK with regard to cleanness. and I had no trouble sleeping. The TV was hard to figure out as there was a significant time delay between the remote buttons and the TV initially.
