He said the facility had recently changed to cable”

The cleaning service is out sourced and have a lack of communication with staff took over 2 hrs to get in room after check in time because of cleaning not being done. Was put in a room that computer said was ours then next day was locked out of room after going to get breakfast and do a little shopping. Had to switch rooms because the computer system messed it……

“The room looked like it had recently been remodeled, and was clean. They don't do breakfast anymore, but they had a coffee station. Pool was not open while I was there not sure why. Motel was very close to restaurants and not far from the main strip.”

“The room was decent. Our bathroom was terrible. There was mold in the shower, the construction was not finished. The ceiling tiles were not all there. The beds that i had booked were queen size but we got full size beds. Overall it was not the worst hotel experience, but it did have the worst bathroom I've ever seen.”

“This was our first stay with Angel Inn Central. We have friends that stay here regularly. First impression was how absolutely lovely the lasdy working check in was. The check in desk was very busy when we arrived however every single customer was treated so kindly and with a smile. Absolute Angel to deal with. I am sad I did not get her name. “This is my favorite hotel in Branson. I've been here twice with my family for my kids' dance competitions. Both were at The Mansion, which is next door and an easy walk from the hotel. They have the friendliest staff on the planet and a great breakfast buffet — AND a dessert bar that opens at 8:30 p.m. each night, including cobblers and ice cream. The hotel itself is a bit older but maintained pretty well overall. My specific room seemed to have an issue with dampness. The A/C cooled the room……
