"We stayed at this hotel because I got a good deal on the price and it had a hot tub! The pool and hot tub were in good condition and very enjoyable. The room was a typical size and layout for this type of hotel, but it was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. The breakfast was exceptional, and the outdoor landscaping added a peacefulness to the stay. One of my better hotel experiences!"

"The carpet in our room was digusting. Worn and stained, I wouldnt even take my shoes off. When the sheets were pulled back to go to bed there were water bottle caps from previous stay still on the floor. The lamp between the beds was covered in dust. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean so I do appreciate that. But carpet definitely needs replacement. We have stayed 3 times now and the hotel and casino are great, this was the worst room with stained carpet we have stayed in."

"We had a great stay at the Hilton Kansas City Country Club Plaza. The location is fantastic—right near the Plaza area, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. It’s a great spot whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and offering helpful suggestions about the area. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous, which really enhanced the overall experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. "This newer hotel is nestled in a revitalized part of town, and it really impressed me. The harbor view from my room was absolutely stunning—waking up to that sight each morning felt like a treat. The walk up to the carousel fountain nearby was charming and genuinely made me smile. What truly stood out, though, was the bed. Hands down, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in—firm with supportive gel pillows that made it hard to leave in the morning. The faux wood flooring was a smart, clean-feeling touch, and I appreciated how much fresher it felt compared to traditional carpeting. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a beautifully tiled and grouted shower that felt high-end and spotless. My only complaint: room 419 is right next to the elevators, and the noise, especially in the early morning hours, was hard to ignore. Light sleepers may want to request a room farther down the hall. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d absolutely stay again—just not in room 419.l which is by the elevator. "

"The outside pool was on the part of the building just off the highway so it was loud and not great for relaxing. It was a nice surprise to have hot options for breakfast. It was nice for a one night stop."
