“We arrived to this hotel expecting what was advertised as a newly renovated room. After getting a key, we walked in to a not so renovated room that reeked of multiple types of smoke. My husband went back to the desk to ask for a different room but they only had upstairs rooms and he hoped we could air our room out as we'd been driving for hours. I went out to Target to buy a room deodorizing spray. Even with the door being open for nearly an hour, it smelled awful. Started pulling back curtains……

“We experienced an extremely soiled and stained mattress pad cover on our sleeper sofa couch in our king room where our special needs daughter was to sleep. The stain appeared to be splatters of blood.This should have been inspected by housekeeping staff after EVERY stay by any customer. The sleeper couch is in that room for a reason as an additional place to sleep. The night person at the desk came right away and changed the linens and was shocked to see what we had described to her on the……

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was very good, good selections. Convenient to attractions. Parking was easy. Would stay here again happily.”

“The hotel was in the process of being renovated during our visit. The updates were nice-looking, but there were a ton of workers coming and going, so it got a bit loud. We were initially given a room that was in the process of being worked on, so we had to get back to the lobby to get reassigned after we had already brought belongings up. We also had a squeaky fan that we had to keep off due to noise. We liked the pool and breakfast.”
