The beds are comfortable and again the rooms are large and airway. The house has beautiful views out over the Forth and is practically sitting on the beach. We had a wonderful weekend. Myself and my companions stayed for two weeks of golf in the area and Ruddon Grange was an excellent choice for accommodation. The rooms are large and the two parlors boast expansive views of the Firth of Forth. The kitchen is large and modern, there is generous on-site parking, and the patio and garden are adjacent to a long sandy beach. One of our party is already planning to return with his family. It had always been on my bucket list to stay in an old Victorian House by the sea in Scotland, and this house exceeded my expectations. I created priceless memories with my Aunt and family here. We found this house to be very accommodating with all necessary amenities, and the owner was on hand and responsive with any questions. It is an old house but very well kept with some very cool antique furniture. It is within walking distance of the local Elie bakery and deli. All located on the same street just a little further Northeast. Also if you're an avid golfer, this house is prime location! This is a very spacious and comfortable house. It has one bedroom and bathroom downstairs which was needed for us with one of us having mobility problems. It could be improved by having a downstairs shower as only had a bath downstairs. Two large kitchen areas and a downstairs lounge and lounge upstairs with additional sofa bed so plenty of space and the most beautiful views especially from upstairs.
