“The picture for our room showed a couch but there was no couch when got there other than that enjoyed the stay room was clean and pool was very enjoyable for my little!”

“This gem is hidden and I hope won’t change. Check in was ok- a few pieces of info was not given but the night staff were very helpful. Checkout was great. Beautiful hotel. I stayed in the city view room and the views are well worth the upgrade. Room is spacious and great layout. The bed was too soft for me so I didn’t sleep well. Overall stay was great.”

“Very friendly front desk staff. Easy check in. Hallways were a bit warm, but rooms were very comfortable - easy to adjust temp to our preference. Simple pool with nicely warmed water - lots of fresh towels. Good breakfast options in the morning. Kitchen staff for breakfast buffet were always present and very friendly. Room was clean and beds/pillows very comfortable. Would stay here again.”

“The stay was good however if you have pets beware that the pet fee says $25.00 per accommodation, per stay. I took that as a one-time fee of $25.00 for one night regardless of how many pets you have. When I checked in they changed it to 25.00 per pet. I brought it up that is not what is stated on Expedia. The guy at the front desk blew me off and told me to contact expedia. Well, expedia has nothing to do with the pet fees since its a separate charge from the hotel. I don't mind paying for the……
