“The pool was nice but the rooms were gross and overall I wouldn't go back. There was nicotine pouches stuck to our ceiling and a random sports bra in the room”

“Safes didn't work in either room. Staff didn't know how to fix. Heater/AC very noisy so we turned off and opened windows. Bathroom fan is so loud and tied to the light switch. Shower tiny, with a limp little stream, a kids plastic watering can might have the same flow. Pool is not swimmable though kids would like it. Breakfast average hotel fare. Clean, but otherwise just ok. Wouldn't return.”

“Everything was great, we had so much fun!! Great rooms, great pool for the kids. Outdoor pool was very nice as well. Only problem was we had luke warm water to take a shower, they were having problems on the main level for some reason..”

“If I could give more stars to this Hotel I would. It was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy. The room wad enormous and we loved it. Great shower. Tons of room. Was a 2 min walk to the Falls and a ton of great restaurants. Everyone I encountered that worked at the hotel was beyond nice and friendly. We were there for one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer.”

“Checkin was quick and friendly even though there was a new staff member who was being trained. The room was clean and didn’t have an unpleasant odor of cleaning products. The bed was comfy and the AC worked like a champ. The pool and hot tub were refreshing. Breakfast was the usual fare but hot and ready at 6 am. Only complaint was a thin bed cover and the location requires a hard left off a busy street as the most direct access but a more round about way is possible. The building is older……

“Pool was ice cold and small. Hot tub was tough to sit in with how much chlorine was in it. But, the rooms were nice. The breakfast was awesome. Nice and quiet at night being that close to the interstate.”

“I’m a disabled veteran that checked in with a service animal. No children. No rogue artists. But when I checked out they charged my credit card again. When I called they said it was because I “left marker all over the walls”. There wasn’t even a marker in my room. Aside from that: the toilet was loose, the breakfast was stated to be 6-9 but it’s never ready at 6. The staff at the desk was rude when I called about the charge as well. They told me to talk to the general manager but she wasn’t……
