“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Staff was incredible! Due to a breakdown on our way to Christmas with our kids (who are scattered between three states), our plans were foiled and we had to stay in Springfield. Our family rallied and drove the extra hour and a half to meet us for a gathering, but we had no place to gather. I asked the clerk at check-in if there was any way we could have our family Christmas in the lobby, and she graciously approved. My husband and I and our 7 kids took over the……
