“There is no hot water, no Wi-Fi, and early check-in is not possible. You must check in at 3 o'clock.”

“Hotel met my expectations. Room was clean and staff friendly. Rooms have been renovated but entire building just seemed a bit “tired”. Breakfast was typical hotel continental and met my needs. AC worked; bed and pillows average. Would stay again as cleanliness is important to me. Convenient to airport but otherwise not where I would normally stay. Offered shuttle which is nice but I didn’t need to use it. Had a swimming pool but I did not use.”

“Our room had a bad odor when we got there. The side door was broken with no lock for security. My hair dryer would over heat after only a few seconds. The pool water seemed unkept. Overall the rest of the hotel seems decently clean and a nice breakfast provided. Not sure it was worth the high cost though.”

“The room was a nicely decorated and clean. Much bigger than a hotel. You have a small living,dinning and bar. I didn’t really feel safe leaving our car outside the building seeing homeless around . It was self park so you had to find parking on the street . And the train going off every night several times a night. Because of the parking and the train in the back of the building I would not stay here again.”

“Clean room, great breakfast, and helpful staff. The rooms weren’t real quiet though. Lots of hall and street noise!”

“The desk clerk had not received notification of our booking. He was hard to hear, due to the Covid-era glass between us, his gravelly voice, and the fact that the TV volume was too loud in the lobby. The deadbolt on our room door had not been retracted, so the door wasn't really closed when we got there. The room itself was just passable. Breakfast was virtually non-existent: a pot of coffee and a few packets of instant oatmeal. Would not recommend.”

“The property was old and run down but the room was clean and well stocked, and the bed was very comfortable.”

“Multiple floors...no elevator Room was okay, but supplies like TP, Kleenex and other things were lacking. No clear directions to ice/vending...both on first floor and again no elevator.”
