“The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”

“The room is very clean and tidy. It is a two double bed room and spacious compared the ones in New York. Just less than 5 minutes from the closest subway but the nearby environment noisy.”

For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included. We’ll look for other options next time for……

“Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.”

“Hotel rooms are outdated, but location is very convenient if you take trains to/ from Penn station”

“A convenient location, and many bars, restaurants, shops, and coffee stores are nearby. The furniture in the room is old and uncomfortable. Overall, ”
