We seldom have communication with reception. The location is convenient and the hotel room is well maintained. All room facilities are in good condition. You would have hair dryer, iron, rion plate, toilet towel dryer, a full set of cooking equipment and a electronic kitchen~ There're bars nearby so you may have a drink in walking distance and London Tower + Tower Bridge nearby. I go for a run every morning, it was so good~ You have 24 hours hot shower~ How lovely it was for a first time London visiter~~

Good location

It is very convenient which is 5 minutes walking distance from Monument Station. We have booked 2 rooms in a single booking, but Native Monument treat us as two separate booking, so our two rooms are in different floors and very inconvenient for us. It is very convenient to Tower Bridge and Borough Market

Fantastic Stay

Fabulous place to stay with staff who were absolutely amazing and could not do enough. We were a little concerned about CV19 but the place is spotlessly clean and they have brilliant policies in place and take them very seriously. Brilliant place to stay we would highly recommend.

I was super happy with every aspect of my stay at Native Monument. Pleasant, helpful staff; a cozy room with amenities like a mini kitchen with refrigerator, and in-room washer/dryer for laundry. Great location (for my purposes): a short walk from London Bridge and train stops (Monument and London Bridge stations are both a short walk away), a gym across the street that offers short-term (daily and weekly) memberships; convenient shops and restaurants nearby. If I had one *very minor* complaint it's this: there was quite a bit of traffic noise from Lower Thames Street in my room (on the 4th floor facing the street), and a bit from the people gathered in the evenings outside at the bar on the street directly below my window. This didn't really bother me personally, but if you're a light sleeper or otherwise sensitive about noise it might be a problem. No real complaints. Couldn't have asked for more at the same price. Will definitely stay here again next time.
