“Nice staf”

“The rooms were comfortable and clean. Tv channels had excellent selection. Location was convenient for the parks, caverns and waterfalls in area. Breakfast was also good.”

“Cute remodeled hotel, but does not have standard amenities I am used to. You have to specifically ask / indicate you want your room cleaned, the tv was difficult to navigate and lacked various apps you would typically have available, I wasn’t able to readily locate the WiFi password, and there was a man’s hair in the bathtub before we used it. Overall the place is cute and clean but a huge sticking point for me is there no pet policy and their “continental” breakfast which consisted of……

“The rooftop bar and pool were amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean. The only complaint would be that there was no coffee maker in the room. We had to go to the coffee shop in lobby and pay for coffee.”

“All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly & helpful. Everything was nice & clean. The hot shower was super nice. Kids enjoyed the pool area & the waffles for breakfast. It was quiet at night. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. About 25 mins from the Chattanooga aquarium. We will definitely stay again when in the area.”

“Room was nice and big. Lounge chair was also huge. Bathroom was great size however needed a little extra scrub. Room was pretty spotless. The hallways are lined with carpet and the carpet has an oder. Great stay for great price.”

“Upon entering my room, I noticed an intense, damp smell. Shortly after, I discovered that the carpet near the window and under the air conditioning unit was completely drenched. Because I checked in late (around 1:00 AM), I decided to sleep and address it the next day. When I notified the front desk the following morning, they were entirely dismissive. They did not take a formal report or show any concern. I seriously doubt the issue has been resolved. I would not recommend staying here.”

“Great trip to beautiful Chattanooga! Mom & 2 kids, stayed 3 nights in a double queen to visit family in Hixson & a trip to Rock City & the Incline. Room was very clean, spacious, and was attended daily by housekeeping <3 They did a fabulous job. The kitchenette had fridge, flat top stove, dishwasher, all cookware. Convenient, seemingly safe location, with a Chipotle, Starbucks, liquor store in walking distance, & Northgate Mall & other food places a short drive. Probably the nicest, newest hotel……
