"I didn't spend a night there, because of the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist who supposed to check me in. She was raised to hate minorities. She has no respect for herself, nor for the company she represent and none for clients. She and the security officer, on duty that night, are the worse employees I've ever seen in my live."

"The room was wonderful and we really enjoyed the jetted tub in our room. But breakfast was ghastly. The eggs were obviously powdered and even then seemed like they had been cooked earlier and reheated. The hash browns were also the texture of something reheated. Not worth eating."

"The water pressure in the shower was pathetic and I got cold while I was showering. It was barely enough to keep me wet at all. Then when I got out the towels smelled disgusting and I had to drip dry. The hair dryer was broken. The bed was lumpy. We were charged and exorbitant amount for a scrambled egg and some hashbrowns and when we spoke with the manager she was rude. I've never paid so much money for such a yucky place. Also, I thought this was a resort and there was zero resort amenities aside from and overpriced spa. Huge regret staying here."
