I was in constant communication with the property manager about a leak in the second bedroom, which made that room essentially unusable for my children. Water leaked onto the floor, creating a slippery and unsafe condition, and it was coming through/near some type of electrical or internet element in the ceiling, so using the electricity in that room was a real concern.While I understand that things happen, it rained for all five days of our stay and the problem was never resolved. Maintenance was sent once and only placed a trash can under the leak. We were not offered another unit or any meaningful solution. Since we were only provided enough towels for each of the four guests, I had to constantly wash and dry towels just to manage the leak and still have towels for showers.After enduring this for the entire stay, I requested a \*\*partial refund\*\*, not a full one, because the unit was clearly not in normal condition. The owner decided that no refund was warranted, which I feel is unfair given the circumstances. I am now reaching out to VRBO to help settle this dispute. S. 2026 年 1 月 7 日 不满意：清洁度 Was wrongfully accused and charged of stealing. Blinds were broken, washer/dryer super old. Showers have no ventilation or water pressure. All towels, blankets, cloths, pillows smelled like BO or unwashed. It was so bad we almost left the first night. We tried to wash everything but it takes 7hrs to dry one load. View was terrible and location is terrible. Homeless people in front and people doing drugs. Couldnt even go out with the kids and feel safe. ##### B.
