"Spacious home on a beautiful lake! Very quiet and relaxing. GPS navigation for the given address is off by about a half mile so pay attention to the lot numbers as you drive in."

I even accidentally locked us out of the house one late afternoon (totally my own stupid fault) and the owners were incredibly helpful and kindly responded to my panic stricken messages straight away, reassured me and came round within 10 with a new spare key for us.
