“This condo was in the perfect area. Close to everything but quiet and parking was not an issue. It was me and both my sisters. We had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the peace and quiet while sitting on the balcony at night. ”

“Very clean condo and updated everywhere but the bathtub. Super comfy, about 2 miles (9 minutes) to downtown and owners were incredibly quick to respond when I locked us out of the house. Owner was patient and stayed on phone with me and my daughter and chatted with me while we figured it all out. We were there for a dance competition over the weekend and left early onin the morning and didn't quite read all the directions properly. Would definitely recommend.”

“This is a perfect home base for a UGA weekend. I was in town for a couple of baseball games and it was a three minute, downhill walk to Foley Field. Host was responsive and made check in/out super easy. Would stay here again for sure.”

“Everything was good except the coffee maker was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The location of the apt however was perfect to go get a coffee. Not a deal breaker but would have been convenient to have the option to make.The record player was a nice bonus! We loved putting a record on and browsing through the old UGA yearbooks. Great stay! Would stay again”
