“I have insect bites all over my body”

“The reviews were a bit inflated. Not a 9 star hotel but it is above average. Aging of the property is showing that it is a 7-8 star quality at best.”

“The staff was great, no issues. The room was okay. The bathroom was a little dingy in the shower. You could see the corners were dusty in most places. My largest complaint was the beds. The mattresses were wildly uncomfortable and my back hurt after every night. The sheets were rough and the pillows were way too soft, no support at all. The breakfast was okay but the selection was limited. Most hotels I’ve stayed in at this price range have at least had pancakes or waffles to choose from. Had……

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there for 3 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The people were very nice and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable. We didn't like the bathroom setup. The toilet and shower stall are in a tiny room, very small and without any air coming in. The shower stall was dirty but it may have been an oversight since the rest of the room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends.”

“We got there an hour early after a 7 hour drive, but had to wait 48 minutes to check in due to being too early for check. Place was mostly clean. Floors could have been swept and mopped. And parking lot enterence was on a one way busy road”

“I remember when this property was microtel many years ago. I understand the idea of reasonably fairly low cost lodging, but maintenance of the little things is a pet peeve of mine. I was disheartened by how unkept the room floors were, It looked like noone had vacuumed! Windows and door jams needed TLC. The breakfast was fairly good, but the power would go out from it being over burdened due to over use and wait times were increased to refill the service areas. Money is hard to come by these……
