"Loved the style and ambiance of the hotel. Rooms were great every time we stayed. Room service was pretty middle of the road. We did Brunch at Rick’s and ordered room service for breakfast between the two stays and staff at Rick’s was unfriendly. Room service order was missing multiple items and overall was just ok. The front desk staff was amazing! So helpful, polite, and enjoyable to talk to. Overall we will definitely stay again but probably just walk to breakfast if we’re not doing Brunch at...
