“Pool out of service on weekend in middle of summer… while checking in overheard staff member calling in maintenance on room. Breakfast area was completely overwhelmed by number of guests and couldn’t keep up. Overall, sense of poor management of the property.”

“This property is older but has been recently freshened up. The large, clean and newly painted room was comfortable. The tub/ shower did show wear and tear. The large shower head and hot water along with great shower pressure made for a nice shower experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was filling and fresh. I want to give special mention to The Lacona Bar and Grill. The food is made fresh and very flavorful. Handmade pizza dough, authentic Butter chicken, hand……

“The desk person was so kind. Her staff was not showing up for the weekend so she had to cover long hours. She remained gentle and positive even though exhausted. Parking area was ample and clean. Bed was comfortable.”

“Easy check in easy and staff pleasant. Traveling with my 93 yo mother in law, asked if her room had a shower (both rooms initially booked as handi cap accessable). Was told it did have. Getting to room, both rooms had tubs. While rooms were large and suitable access if one was in a wheel chair bathroom only had multiple assist handles; shower/tub access was not really good. Went to front desk and advised no other rooms available, none with a shower. Requested a shower bench for mother in……

“Building under renovation no pool no gym pigeons cramping all over entrance would not of booked there if I knew under renovation!!”
