“My family's experience renting this property this past weekend was very poor. While the apartment and amenities were good, the apartment was disgusting and dirty. It we had any other choice, we would've left immediately. When we arrived, the apartment looked like someone tried hard to do as little as possible to make it look clean. The previous occupant had a pet, and there was hair everywhere. The floors had not been swept, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and the rugs in the bathroom had not……

“We were placed on 2nd floor unit; unit flooring noisy in all rooms. Metal staircase to enter/exit unit slippery from morning dew. Entrance between living room and kitchen missing threshold but carpeting tacks still present which surprised socked feet. Unit smelt musty with hint of urine upon first entering; we purchased multiple air freshners on our own to mask smell until we checked out. Multiple blinds torn. Unit very clean but shows wear/tear in walls/ceilings. Kitchen and bathroom……

“The property looked clean upon arrival. The stove top had some residue from previous stay. It wasn’t until the next morning that we saw roaches in the kitchen and living room.”

“The sunroom converted to sleeping space was too cold to use (obviously not on the HVAC system., Luckily, we only needed two bedrooms. Very clean bedrooms and bathrooms and the large updated kitchen was a huge plus. Only negative was that the place lacked any character or design and had a lack of furniture, specifically in bedrooms.”
