“I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy……

So many terrific restaurants located just downstairs at Santana Row and the mall was such a short walk away. Thank you Johnny for a great stay!”

“2.5 Stars The location is prime. Santana Row is a fun, vibrant area with great energy. The loft was, sadly, not what I expected. I found it to be dirty and because of this very uncomfortable. The entire unit was dusty, the couch was stained, the pillows on the bed were stained & old looking, the cooking utensils and pots/pans had old food on them and did not look like they were recently washed, the shower curtain was moldy (this was replaced during my stay after I mentioned it to the owner).……

“Really nice house in a great neighborhood. Couple of restaurants walkable from the house (Lulu's, Dutch Goose and Avanti Pizza) that were all really good. We hit Lulu's multiple times, since we were traveling from the east coast and west coast mexican food is just way better. Lots of room, great backyard outdoor space. I know this next comment is specific, but we stayed a week and cooked a few nights. Kitchen was nice, but could use a large pot for cooking multiple packs of spaghetti/pasta.……
