"Amazing food option at all the restaraunts, brekfast, lunch and dinner. Frie dly amd accomodating staff Great beach, super clean, gentle waves and virtually no seawead. The only thing I did not like was the 24 hour food area. The sandwiches were soggy, the hot dogs were all wrapped with bacon which i personally could do without the bacon. The pizza was disgusting and not edible at all. I liked that there was a fridge full of bottled water to help yourself to whenever needed. Honestly, a super nice hotel, hreay location a d amazing food and staff for a reasonable price. I will definately be goin again."

"I arrived at 8:15 pm to the airport on Friday and was in my hotel room by 9 pm. The check in was great. The breakfast and dinner that came with my booking was DELICIOUS! Their hosts on the 22nd floor are amazing! The Cafe Reforma is a great option for dining, I had breakfast there one morning. The location for me was perfect. I walked to El Monumento a la Independencia, Bosque Chapultpec, Castillo de Chapultpec and the Museo de Antropologia. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit back. The views from my room are astonishing. "

"Food was great, lots of options to choose from. Staff there is very nice and friendly. Love the rooms and how comfortable they were. Super spacious! Recommend for anyone that goes to Cancun for the first time! "
