“When you check into your room, and the person doing the check in describes the room (to you and the guests ahead of you) as "European and cozy".. you know it will be tiny, and it was. I like how they were setting expectations ( I'm assuming) on feedback they received . (way to go marketing department- 😉). Those words (European and cozy) are much nicer than tiny. Check in with friendly and quick. The room, was clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was fine. I would never stay here if……
