During your stay, you’ll have access to all areas of the apartment, which are entirely at your disposal. The entire apartment is reserved exclusively for you, including the balcony and the garage.

📄 We’ll need the ID information for each guest.

The amount shown on the portal includes the owner’s rental fee and the fee for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. The details of the amounts will be specified in the lease agreement, and at the end of the stay, two separate invoices will be issued to the guest.
