“Everything was great except the hot tub wasn’t working. Was really looking forward to that”

“I thought the room was spacious and clean. However, the towels were TINY (hand-towel sized and only 2 in the room, and there is only housekeeping every three days so your room stays messy and the tiny towels stay damp because there's nowhere to really dry them - and there were no notices to tell you that is the case so I was quite surprised to find it out (no notices anywhere about their "green" policies - although I'm not sure simply refusing to provide housekeeping is a Green policy!) I also……

“The actual room could have been worth the very inexpensive price but the door would not lock from the outside, dry blood on the blankets, the tub was too dirty to use and they forgot to put toilet paper in the room. I did not receive an apology either time I went to the desk. I was told I will be called. I've stayed here in the past and the grounds were much cleaner. It looks almost closed down with the clutter and trash cans laying down, the curtains do not shut all the way and there's a mirror……

“The 3rd bedroom is a curtain divider. The bathroom shower is really small with an accordion door to kitchen. Overall it is priced perfectly for the size, location to knoebels is a 3 minute walk, the stream in backyard is lovely, a nice yard for sitting outside, wood provided for fire pit.”

“We had no explicit directions about the location, couldnt get in, texted the property owner, she replied 3 hours later, 2 paper towels on the existing roll, toilet paper roll was nearly out, old k cup in the keurig, debris on the floor, the bed was awful. My husband and i sank into the middle of it. It made a retched squeking sound anytime i moved. I was not worth the pricing. The curtains were haphazardly hung. 2 total k-cups of coffee for 2 people. Not happy with this experience at all. ”

The owner was so kind and gracious, the horses were amazing, the ponies outside the kitchen window were nothing like I’ve ever experienced. I will be coming back!!!!! “Wonderful property! Views are amazing! Home is large and great for big families. The teens loved the basement pool table! We utilized the outdoor grill and fire Pit with ease. Too cold for us adults to jump in the pool but the kids didn’t mind.Ada is a great host! Very attentive and considerate! She has seemingly thought of everything. Anytime one of us needed a random “something” we always found what we were looking for. EX: my aunt forgot her nail polish remover and after checking a few……
