Making a sincere review, first that the check-in is not at the place that the reservation was made so I had to go to another address to check in. As soon as I arrived at the apartment, the apartment has carpet so the smell was very strong, a very strong smell of mold to the point that my son couldn't sleep at night. For an apartment facing the beach, it wouldn't be right to have carpet, but even so, the carpet should have been better cleaned, I couldn't walk barefoot. It wasn't as clean as I imagine, there were used towels under the bathroom sink. The furniture is very fragile and old, and the TV doesn't work. The apartment is very well located, I can't complain about the price I paid. But if I had the opportunity, I would recommend you who are reading this review to pay a little more expensive and stay in a more comfortable place. It's not a matter of luxury, but of comfort. I hope they reform not only outside, but also inside because the place is very good.

The staff was very friendly and We brought our 2 little kids under 5 years old, and we had all the amenities that we need, the only thing that people should know that there is no breakfast. That is free and they only serve breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and that is for a fee. The poor it was very nice. The lazy river was nice. And the kids mini water park was nice. The hotel is a 2 minute drive, 12 minute walk hotel room was clean. The water pressure was okay could have been better. But overall, I would rate this a eight out of a ten

I really enjoyed this property. Now my room did have a lot of toilet issues. But the resort was very accommodating in this situation. I would definitely stay here again.
