“I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, a few key issues really impacted our overall experience. First, housekeeping needs significant improvement. Daily room cleaning should be a basic standard, but it was inconsistent during our stay. This made the room feel less comfortable and well-maintained than expected.blankets were so dirty and stained Second, the oceanfront rooms—while offering a beautiful view—have balconies that are surprisingly small. “This hotel was so sketchy. I asked for a room on higher level, as I was a female traveling alone, and they could not accommodate. They put me in a first floor room, where directly outside my window a Walmart truck driver was sleeping and I got the feeling he was just peering in through the cracks of the curtains(they wouldn’t close 100%) the entire time. I walked outside to get some air at one point, and two more truck drivers were just using the parking lot to sleep in and just staring at me.……

“Breakfast times were limited due to hotel policy, but luckily we were the PM wave.(here for volleyball tournament) We did enjoy the location and ease of getting in and out of the parking lot. We did mean to try the restaurant right beside the hotel but did not have time. ”

“Office was hard to find; needs a clear “Office” sign. Check-in was smooth with a $100 deposit, and the front desk lady was very nice. Main issue was cleanliness under the bed. It was not swept. There were socks, mini lotions, dust, trash, and two dead roaches. There was also a long black hair under the zip-up mattress protector. The rest of the room, including the bathroom, was clean. The room upgrades are the best part. Bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. Location is great - about……
