The one fee that is buried WAY in the fine print is that when you rent from a third party (Expedia, etc) OTHER THAN the vacation week owner, Marriott Vacation Club charges $20-$30 PER DAY, PER VEHICLE for parking for any of……

“This was our second time back. This time we brought the kids. They had a great time. The property is wonderful and the staff are friendly overall. The only downside is there aren't many amenities/extras like a microwave or free breakfast or beach cabanas for rent. They should also open the bar at the pool area. They should invest in ice machines in each building as well because its very inconvenient to get ice in only 1 of the 3. When we stayed last time it was just adults so it wasn't as bad……

“Killing six cockroaches between the kitchen and the bathroom. Been nice to know the outside door open into the bedroom. The balcony had no door. Will not recommend to anyone. ”

“This hotel was so sketchy. I asked for a room on higher level, as I was a female traveling alone, and they could not accommodate. They put me in a first floor room, where directly outside my window a Walmart truck driver was sleeping and I got the feeling he was just peering in through the cracks of the curtains(they wouldn’t close 100%) the entire time. I walked outside to get some air at one point, and two more truck drivers were just using the parking lot to sleep in and just staring at me.……

“The pools were gross!! Hot tub was packed with undeage children constantly, lazy river was brown, had leaves and debris floating in it, and other pool was cloudy and warm with possible urine...”

“Located close to Convention Center, baseball stadium and beach. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Great location if not interested in staying on the beach.”
