“Don't stay here if: -You want to stay in a room you actually booked. We booked a suite that sleeps six and got a room with one bed initially. We called to confirm the day before and day of but when we arrived, they did not accommodate us with the proper room. We were eventually moved to a room with two beds but still not the room we paid for and reserved. Even after seeing a supervisor in the morning, we were told we would not receive the proper room. -You value cleanliness. This was the……

“This hotel was so sketchy. I asked for a room on higher level, as I was a female traveling alone, and they could not accommodate. They put me in a first floor room, where directly outside my window a Walmart truck driver was sleeping and I got the feeling he was just peering in through the cracks of the curtains(they wouldn’t close 100%) the entire time. I walked outside to get some air at one point, and two more truck drivers were just using the parking lot to sleep in and just staring at me.……

“First time visiting Myrtle Beach and this was the best hotel ever. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Breakfast times were limited due to hotel policy, but luckily we were the PM wave.(here for volleyball tournament) We did enjoy the location and ease of getting in and out of the parking lot. We did mean to try the restaurant right beside the hotel but did not have time. ”

“This was truly a hidden gem. We were close to all the activities while being just far enough away to avoid all the noise. The interior was nice, clean and updated. Definitely got more than expected for the price. Even without the onsite team, they were still quick to respond. Provided multiple updates including letting us know they are available. Will definitely be coming back again.”

“Office was hard to find; needs a clear “Office” sign. Check-in was smooth with a $100 deposit, and the front desk lady was very nice. Main issue was cleanliness under the bed. It was not swept. There were socks, mini lotions, dust, trash, and two dead roaches. There was also a long black hair under the zip-up mattress protector. The rest of the room, including the bathroom, was clean. “I had a balcony with a beach view and it was simply gorgeous and unobstructed. The lady that did the housekeeping most days was so kind and I always had plenty of towels and toilet paper. It is a really comfortable, laid-back atmosphere.”

“Killing six cockroaches between the kitchen and the bathroom. Been nice to know the outside door open into the bedroom. The balcony had no door. Will not recommend to anyone. ”

“Room And staff were horrible. Power went out in our room around 8:30 at night when we tried to tell Steph we could not get a hold of him until the next morning before lunch and they were rude and asked us to leave because of that”
