“Excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff.”

“We just had one evening and half a day and this place was perfectly located with very pleasant and helpful staff. It's on the Spaccanapoli, so we had simple easy walking access to all the shops including the famous San Gregorio Armeno, the Cappela San Severo, and the many wonderful choices for foodies! Be aware that there is no direct vehicle access in front of this property, so if you have lots of luggage, you will have to be able to haul it for at least a block or many, depending on how you……

“Clean room ”

“Room is clean and cosy, Giangi is very helpful and professional, gave us all the information about Napoli, nice pizzeria and seafood restaurant near by, we had good time.”

“The hotel/property is located in an older building. The rooms were on the second floor. This is an easy stair climb, but there is also a lift. It's definitely a unique hotel. We got a little Las Vegas vibe to our Pink room. The Pink room was small but the high ceilings give it a larger feel. We had a little table and chairs on the balcony. Very comfortable bed and the best pillows ever. Anna the host was very sweet and helpful.”

“I booked this mainly for the location as it was located right next to Napoli Centrale station. I just needed somewhere convenient to get in & out for 1 night. Room was clean and decent in size. Price was a little expensive, but I was OK with it given the above advantages.”

“Everything is good.”

“櫃台幾乎沒有接待人員，入住拿鑰匙像在解秘密任務。 只能透過whatsapp跟旅館人員聯絡，很不方便。 床舖舒適，浴室乾淨。 旅館位於一般大樓內，若無房間鑰匙的話，搭電梯要投20cent硬幣。”

“The best experience in this year! We had two chihuahuas with us, They prepared a comfortable bed and dog bowl for my dogs, comfortable also for dogs, quiet area, easy to walk dogs during the night, safely, you can’t find somewhere better than smart hotel Napoli! ”

“near central station ”

“非常靠近車站，地鐵站，交通便利”

“地理位置非常好，適合會搭乘鐵路交通來來去去的旅客。櫃檯人員也非常親切！”

“Great for a solo female traveller. Easy to navigate from the metro. The room was spacious and so clean! Comfortable bed and very quiet. Large shower and ice cold air conditioning. Thank you!”

“不是很好那种，但是相比价格还是很实惠的”

“房間空間充足，設備很新耶很乾淨，整體而言非常舒適。”
