Breakfast was excellent, and the view while enjoying it in the morning was another delight. Dinner at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Anna Stuben, gave us a truly memorable experience as well. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Ortisei. Highly recommended!”

“ Please be aware if you come with a large group and a car. The check-in instruction provided by the hotel was inaccurate. We came with a car and found it so confusing upon arrival. There was no pass-code provided for the garage as the instruction message stated. Later we found that we have to check-in with the kiosk first and then used the activated room card to open the garage. We stuck at the gate for half an hour because of this. The parking slots are also very small. Even a SUV would need to……

“這間是我們住山區, 價錢最貴的一間酒店, 因為我們住有自己sauna room的房 酒店包三餐, 全部是自助餐, 所有食物質素非常高, 也有welcome drinks可以飲兩杯酒 我們食飯時認識了一對來自比利時的夫婦, 他們已經住了這間酒店七至八次, 也好奇我們為何找到這間酒店, 因為他們認為是區內最好的 附近所有公共交通工具, 巴士票及火車票, 只要是酒店住客就是免費的, 而比利時夫婦也告訴我們, 住這間酒店, 租用單車也是免費的, 可以在附近山頭踩單車(E-bike), 所以, 斜路幅度很大的山頭也是沒有問題的”

“Voll das schöne Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf den Weihnachtsmarkt. Überhaupt ist die Lage super perfekt direkt im Zentrum. Zu Fuß und auch mit dem Auto ganz leicht zu erreichen. Das angeschlossene Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Bester Mix aus regionaler und internationaler Küche. Wie in Südtirol üblich, alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett und zuvorkommend”
