“For the past 21 years I gather a group of girlfriends for Springing the Blues Festival, and have rented this little blue cottage several times, and keep coming back! It is quaint, clean, and the host, Jean, is an outstanding host. Very friendly and accommodating. I'm always sad when I miss my window to rent it for "me and my gal's "rights of spring"!”

“This little guesthouse is quite adequate for a single person needing a short-term place to stay. I stayed here for a couple of weeks while relocating to the area and searching for a more permanent home. It is in a very quiet neighborhood (but there was some noise from someone doing lawn work and sawing - a neighbor perhaps - on a Saturday when I wanted to sleep in, a little annoying, but unavoidable). The owner was very speedy in getting back to me when I checked-in and inquired about the wi-fi……

“This top and bottom apartment is an excellent cozy getaway right next to the ocean. Paired with a cool pool adds cherry on top. I had a great time staying here for a couple days soaking in the sun and the ocean. The apartment was clean and very well laid out. Having one and half bath was also very convenient. Situated in a quiet part of Jacksonville Beach, this location cannot be beat. I will be back again very soon.”
