“The positive aspects were the beautiful ocean view and the fast responses through WhatsApp. Unfortunately, there were several downsides. Regarding cleanliness, the bed and sheets were the only areas that seemed to be cleaned to a standard. The unit, especially the bathroom, needs maintenance. Some appliances did not work properly and need to be replaced. We mainly booked this unit because it had a stove, but the stove did not work. Instead, there was a portable stove that worked very weakly and……

“Loved my stay! So happy I went with this location. The interior design of the P level was well done. The gym was aesthetically pleasing, they also had a turf area to workout at with a coffee shop at ground level. The pool was beautiful as well as the view. They also had private work pods. Will definitely be staying here on an my monthly trips to Miami from now on. The bed was SO comfortable & the shower water pressure was nice as well. If you stay here check out the empanada restaurant……

“I had a great 6‑week stay at this cozy casita in a quiet, pleasant Miami Shores neighborhood. The space was clean on arrival, with a well‑stocked kitchenette, a good fridge, stable Wi‑Fi, and a comfortable trundle bed where I slept well every night. The couch was comfortable enough, and while there’s no desk, I made a workable setup with my luggage and still found it a relaxing place to unwind after the day. The AC kept the room cool, the hot shower had excellent pressure with a nice massage……
