“We had a condo with a balcony right to the intercoastal it was really nice to sit and enjoy coffee while dolphin and manatee watching. Comfortable furniture and bed with plenty of pillows and bath/beach towels. Checked in on a Sunday Mid May stayed for 2 weeks its generally quiet did get a little louder and busier over weekend, not out of control noise unless you want to use the fishing dock. The beach is easily accessible across the street with a pedestrian crossing right in front to cross the……

“Enjoyed it very much. Bonus there was a nice indoor/outdoor bar & grill right next door to enjoy. Laundry available in unit. Initially didn't seem to get exact check in info such as room # and key/code to get in but a call to VRBO resolved that relatively quickly (10-15mins). Only downside was from the balcony picture it looked out to very nice peaceful waterway; however what I don't remember in the pictures, was if you look the other way, it's a 4 lane hwy. Not able to enjoy the balcony……

“The cottage was well stocked with a snack basket and a super dog basket. The kitchen was stocked with all needed essentials and the parking also worked out well.”

“The two bedroom premier was fantastic. It was stocked with everything you need plus great view of the bay and sunrise from living room and bedroom. The bayside building has a limited number of units with assigned parking. I was the only one using the pool and hot tub throughout our stay. Beach access across the street was super convenient. The 7th floor sundeck in the gulf side building had amazing sunset views”

“Very accessible and accommodating host! Room is a beauty of a studio with all needs met (including coffee pods for us early risers!) and an inviting backyard for a quiet moment between activities. Within easy walking distance of the pier, park your vehicle hassle free and ignore it for the rest of your stay. Pricey? Yeaaa. But all of this neighborhood is - if you remember it was basically underwater thanks to Helene in ‘24 you’ll appreciate what you get when you stay here. Can recommend without……
