“This is our second stay at this condo. It is in the perfect location in Indian Shores. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area but we also enjoyed staying in and preparing food (the kitchen is well equipped). Our favorite part of the condo is the balcony... we enjoyed having a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the beach come to life and end the evening with a cocktail as the sun set! Lyle has put a lot of thought into making this condo a sanctuary for anyone wanting to……

“ The only problem we had was with the television ”

“The view is still beautiful from the balcony, we stayed in this same condo last year. We arrived during one of the downpours from Debbie, not knowing that the elevator was down. While we received an e-mail about the elevator, it was addressed to a different name several weeks before our scheduled stay. The elevator also did not work properly the year before when we stayed. We were drenched when we got our bags and groceries up to the condo. The balcony howled with the high winds as it did not……

“From the moment we stepped into the lobby the staff were kind and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. The facility is kept spotless. The facility is located in a great location with good places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.”

“This is our second time staying here and we LOVE this place. It’s a very short walk to the beach and lots of great dining options. Plus, these units have everything you could possibly need. Fully equipped kitchen, free laundry, coolers, beach chairs and umbrella and so much more. I highly recommend. We have stayed in unit 1 and 5. Both are great 2 bedroom places. We may try the studio next time because it has a wonderful backyard area that overlooks the waterway. ”

“Property was as described in listing. Clean, a/c worked well, and can't beat the location. The property pool was fantastic and right on the beach. Rooms were comfortable. Great view from balcony. Communication with the Owner was efficient and she was very helpful and accommodating. Parking space in covered garage was a plus. Walk across the street to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. We would definitely book again.”
