“The location was great, steps from the beach and walking distance to several really good restaurants. But the condition of the actual building was not that good. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, tv kept losing internet connection and the bathroom looked worn down. Other than these things mentioned, we did enjoy our stay. The staff was extremely helpful, find and accommodating.”

“Good location but the worst facilities. It was frozen at night, the elevator didn’t work, noisy room without windows, no phone no chair, no water to drink horrible experience.”

“The most attractive feature is the fact that the hotel is adjacent to the beach. The restaurant is outdoors so you have a beautiful view of the beach plus the food as well as the drinks are good. On the weekends, there is a DJ and live music. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Also, the rooms are clean. I had a very good experience during my stay at the hotel and its location is very convenient in el Condado area.”

“We enjoyed the hotel. Everyone was wonderful and the place and room was clean and good breakfast! The only thing that I was not too happy was the pool it was small more like seat back relax not to swim in.”
