"Terrible. Small. NO TOWELS ALL WEEKEND. "

"The shower curtain, comforter, and ottoman in front of the couch was filthy and needs replaced. I didn't receive clean towels until 10:45 am and check out was 11am."

"Parking was easy. The hotel was in a minimalistic and low condition that reflects the low prices. That's all fine with me. The disappointment in this hotel was that it smelled awful. There was a mixture of incense, vape smoke, and air fresheners (I think?) that smelled terrible and could be smelled throughout nearly the whole hotel. It was a "no smoking hotel" nonetheless. The smells were very thick in our room. We tried to air it out, but it didn't help at all. We talked with the manager, and we were allowed to change rooms. The alternative room was much better."

"The property was clean and customer service was very good. We were expecting for the swimming pool to be open on a 92degree weather."

"Clean but definitely needs to be renovated. Lots of families with loud children. Rooms are surprisingly sound proof!"

"Almost everything was perfect. Check in felt slightly rushed. The huge disappointment was the morning of checkout I had planned to visit the pool until I had to leave because the evening before it overflowing with children. Not a problem to me but I didnt want to get in the way of the kids playing. Plus water needed attention. I figured they would balance water overnight. Well needless to say by 11am the next morning I still couldn't swim and it was checkout time the pool was closed the cleaning lady sweeping in there advised they were balancing water due to heavy usage the previous day. Disappointed the pool was the resson for choosing the hotel and spending the extra money on the room for the evenings my son and I were there. "

"The day I arrived I clearly showed I rented 2 separate rooms. Manager couldnt hlep me fix issue. I called hotel.com to fix problem. The agent kept calling front desk and they wouldnt answer. I tried to put the manager on the phone from my cell but manager denied. And told the agent to call the front desk. But hell they wouldnt answer it. I went to sit in the car till the agent finally spoke to them. Took 1 1/2 to resolve. Room had a big hole in the bed skirt. The bathroom shower knob pulls off. Shower handle didnt work. They came to clean room took all the towels and didnt replace. Worst experience I have ever had. Next time ill go down the road and pay them $788.00."
