Enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, fenced yard, park charcoal grill. Property is less than one block from Oak Island's Middleton Park (which features recreation fields, a splash pad and even hosts summer concerts and more), plus it's walking distance to pizza and sandwich shops. Enjoy the 4th of July fireworks and summer movies from the upper deck or take a short walk to the weekly farmers market! Constructed in 2014, this rental offers a reverse floor plan that allows for great views of the ocean while cooking, eating or relaxing. Well stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and island for extra seating. Hardwood and tile throughout. Weekly rentals only. No pets allowed.
