“This is a very nice house, located up a steep driveway, with a huge garage. All 1 level, the house itself is good for seniors. The neighborhood is nice, but also on a steep hill, making it difficult to walk. There is a nice patio off the LR and MB with a table and chairs and a gas grill. The backyard is fenced and there seemed to be good security. There is a washer and dryer in the garage, which was helpful. “Stephanie was very responsive and so amazing with the check in process. Luke the property manager was absolutely incredible. He’s so friendly and accommodating. He will hold your spot at the private beach and even lend you his BBQ if you forgot yours (like us). It was a lovely spot to hang out right on the river. 10/10 recommend!”

“We were limited to a short stay with much activity away from the property; therefore unable to enjoy all the amenities. The property was very clean, well organized and adorably decorated and enhanced with a very Tiki tropical vibe. We were a little disappointed with the neighborhood but once inside we were very pleased with the property. The best thing about this place was the host.
