“such a historical hotel, clean and comfortable”

“There was no hot water so we couldn’t shower. I tried to call the front desk however the options were “reservations, seafood restaurant and emergency.” I checked out and the front desk attendant told me she would let the manager know. Completely unacceptable!”

“We originally booked a 2 bed with a pull out sofa bed and last minute it was changed without us noticing. so we ended up with 2 full beds with 5 adults…. they then told us they couldn’t upgrade us due to the availability. they didn’t have cots either.”
