“nice place”

“El sitio muy lindo, comodo, centrico y limpio.”

“I love the place, y it very close to the pool”

“Great location. Unit needs some updating. There are very few outlets and some don't work. Beds are comfortable and view from balcony is good. We even viewed a bear from the balcony.”

“We loved this property! Clean, cute and peaceful! The host was friendly and checked in on us.”

“It was pretty quiet here. The bedroom was big, the bed was very comfortable, and the sheets felt silky. The full bathroom was huge, and a nightlight was provided. Could use some paint touchups to make it more appealing, especially on the bathroom trim. We appreciate you sharing your home with us.”

“Love the location. Nice room. Very comfortable atmosphere. ”

“Condo was as described very beautiful area at what seems like the top of the mountian we saw Bears every day we were there roaming the property. One PSA tip is to keep your car doors locked found out that bears know how to open doors and get inside after goodies :) Beddings and furnishings were all very comfortable and great pressure and heat on showers.”

“Amazing views !! Seen all the bears pool and hot tubs were great ! We will be back !”

“We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild……

“Well located in between Knoxville and Gatlinburg.”

“Unit was dated but clean. We had trouble with the WiFi and it took two nights of having no internet to get it fixed. We couldn’t even make phone calls, which was concerning. It did get fixed and we did learn how to lock the door. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Bathmats would be a nice addition.”

“Place could have been cleaner, wood floor turned out feet black from walking on it. There was a lot of dust. The plug ins are loose in the bedrooms so it hard to charge your phone. Everything was nice though otherwise. One thing we noticed was there was no toaster or oven pans/ baking sheets. Great location.”

“Property was nice. Great location, easy parking, peaceful with some beautiful views. Bed was comfortable-pillows were awful. We had to go out and buy some, but that was our preference. We found the living room furniture (specifically the loveseat) was rickety and dirty…stained from use. There was also a noticeable bad smell in the condo. We bought air freshener and left the patio door open which helped. Perhaps it was that loveseat???”

“We loved our stay here at Eagles Landing! It was extremely clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. Very conveniently located! Recommend 10/10 and would absolutely stay here again if we were to ever come back to PG. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Five minute walk into town with steps in the back which leads you right to sugarlands distillery. Everything was clean and comfortable, overall a very good place to stay!”

“Condo was very clean and convenient to everything. We enjoyed out stay and plan on staying here again.”

“The house was very clean and we loved the area.. the owners are so nice and so easy and quick to communicate with .. we loved our stay! Hope to come back and stay here again !”
