“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Easy check in. Close to Gatlinburg, which was nice!! The pool was not the best and no bacon for breakfast. The sink and mirror was outside the bathroom which was inconvenient when you try to get ready in the morning and not wake up everyone else.”

“Front desk check in was rude! Never got any clean towels we was told to put them outside in the chair and housekeeping would bring clean ones they never did! There was roaches in the bathroom.”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“At check in, the front desk worker left us and another person checking in standing there, in the middle of checking in the other person, while he ran across the road to grab something to eat. Room was clean. Pool was pretty good. Hot tub wasn’t really a hot tub. It was cold water the entire time. Great location if you want your time to be peaceful. It was a little farther out than what we liked but nothing to complain about. Also, they leave an envelope saying “thank you for the tips.” We didn’t……

“I usually don't give bad reviews. In this case I made an exception. The room was full of bugs and the space under the door was open. Outlets in the room didn't work and the lighting in the bathroom was poor. I have stayed in BW before and they were great. Not sure what happens to this one.”

“This place was a Destin for the prices the room where nice and clean and breakfast was good but the pool didn’t look great it had dirt on the bottom and the room where the pool was smell like bleach bad they did tell us about being short staffed so I get why thing can be off over all I give it a 7 out of 10”

“The office staff were very friendly and helpful. The motel is older but clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is within walking distance to Anakeesta Village as well as the Skyway Bridge. I would stay here again.”
