The living room is large and spacious. It has tiled flooring, a flat screen TV, and a large L-shaped sectional comfy couch. Guess what? The couch has a pull out option where you will have two more full beds to sleep on! This is the perfect place to relax in after a long day out at the parks. If you enjoy cooking, you’ll love this kitchen. It has a plenty of workspace, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. Looking for other entertainment options? No problem. Why not head outside and take a dip in the pool to cool off? The pool area is screened-in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. There’s also patio furniture for those who want to enjoy the Florida temperatures. And for those who want to work on their tan, there are some sunbeds dotted around the pool. There are three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a Florida king-sized bed that fits four adults, the second bedroom has one queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with two full beds and one twin bed, which are great for younger children.

Very nice place

Perfect home for my family. Clean and spacious home. My young ones enjoyed the game room and pool. Grill was free to use which was definitely a plus. The property manager was very accommodating and answered my questions in a timely manner (within 20 minutes). Location to the parks and conservation center were perfect and there are a lot of places to shop and eat.

Awesome Place

We stayed for the month of February. Beautiful accomodations, exceptionally well organized and appointed, clean, lovely community, great service from owner and the community management, and within a short walk to one of the world's most beautiful beaches. The only caution I have about this rental is, though it sleeps 6, the common area (one room for kitchen, dining area, living room, and sleeper couch) is quite small. The kitchen table only seats 6. Our original plan to have daughter's family join us for a week was canceled, in part, because there were inadequate spaces for 3 adults to do remote work.
