1) Is pool and spa heat extra?
Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

Windsor Hills Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 3 cars.

Our family had a perfect time in this home. It was perfect for our extended family. It had everything we needed and the game room was the most popular room on the house for this kids! We will be back!

Great house!

The house had adequate space for me and 8 other family members. It was clean, nicely stocked and I would absolutely book it again. Communication with Keith was easy and prompt. Loved it!

Family vacation

The house was nice! We were a family of 12 that traveled and there was plenty of space for everyone! The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed the game room. Short drive to all Disney parks and Walmart was close by.

Great house!

Keith was very quick to respond to any issues. We had a few things that popped up but were addressed. Overall, the house was very clean and updated! Loved the decor, paint, updated bathrooms. The pool view was obstructed by some current building but I’m sure by next year it will look nicer once completed. We love Windsor hills and will definitely consider staying here again. The game room was perfect for our small kids and was a huge hit!

Excellent house for a week vacation

This house met / exceeded our expectations. It was clean and the pictures were accurate. All bedrooms were a good size that allowed us to have eight people throughout the stay. For the location, it was nice to be able to walk to the playground and larger community pool. It was also just 10 minutes from Disney parks (depending on traffic which can be heavy nearby).

January 2023 Disney trip

Enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. Loved resort pool and water park. Property is very close to Disney parks and everything else you may need is closeby (walmart, grocery, restaurants). Definitely spend some time on International Drive and Gatorland. Both fun days when u need a break from the parks. House was very large and as depicted in photos. We enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation

Our family loved the house and our stay was everything we hoped it would be. When a family group of ten stays in one house for over a week, it’s easy to think that we’d be in each other’s way now and then but that was not the case at all. The house was roomy and very well equipped providing lots of space and plenty of activities while we were home. Windsor hills has a very nice recreation area that we were able to enjoy as well. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely return should our Future plans include the Orlando area.

Property was great and location to Disney World perfect just 10 - 12 minutes away.

The only thing I would say is some kitchen utensils poor or missing. As short stay guests would have appreciated bin bags and dishwasher tablets to be provided and more towels in master suite!

Loved the house and was exactly like the pictures!! All 5 kids ages 6-12 loved the game room!! Would highly recommend this house which is close to Disney and Walmart. Unfortunately our stay got cut short because of Disney closing for two days with Hurricane Ian approaching Orlando. We decided to head home instead of waiting it out!!

Good stay and location but needs better maintenance

Location and proximity to Disney were great. The neighborhood was also nice. The house itself was spacious and everything the pictures show. However, we dealt with air circulation issues upstairs and the fans in the kids’ rooms were not functional. Some wood trim pieces also fell off the stairs when we walked on them which created a hazard. A toilet handle also fell off when it was used. I messaged the property manager about these items but never received a response. Keith told me to call but I elected to let these items go since our stay was short. Keith is the contact and he was very responsive and helpful to work with. The game room is very nice and a nice touch for kids. The kitchen and dining rooms provide plenty of space. The pool and patio areas are great too. The distribution of items for use during your stay is a bit skimpy and dare I say, stingy. You will have to go buy necessary items as they only provide 1 of an item (ex: 1 dishwasher pod, paper towel roll, etc). Also, there is no grill and you can only rent one for a surcharge. But that is the difference between dealing with a company vs an individual owner. All in all, I would not stay here again and would look for accommodations with individual owners.

Wonderful stay

We just returned home from the Emerald One property, the house was just as it was in pictures, very beautiful, and very clean. We did a family trip with our 3 kids and their families, and this place worked out wonderful for the 14 of us. With that being said, I would like to add, we were disappointed by not having a grill, I understand if you don’t want to spend the money on a gas grill, but just a small charcoal grill would of been nice. With having a large group we did not feel like there were a lot of extra kitchen accessories. It would of been nice to have a skillet, or larger fry pan for breakfast. There was 1 kitchen dishcloth, again you have 14 people with one dishcloth...there was a can opener, but did not work. Overall we had a wonderful time, and like I said this house was very nice, just needs a few more kitchen Essentials.

The property was beautiful. It was as pictured. We never saw the game room though and the pool was dirty. I called the management company and also reported it to the person we booked this with and nothing was done nor did we get a return call. We were never able to use the pool during our stay. Elements from the pool cover were floating in the pool as well as leaves and trash. The main point of renting this house was the pool which our granddaughter was unable to enjoy.

Easter weekend

The house was amazing! My kids loved the Harry Potter and Mickey Mouse decor! It was conveniently located to the parks and stores that we wanted to visit. I will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Great House Location

We stayed at this property with 6 adults and 5 children (between 2 - 10) and this house provided so much space for our group. The whole family loved the pool and hot tub (I’d recommend paying for the heat as we did). It was nice to have tvs in each room for the variety of shows everyone wanted to watch. The water park was an added bonus. As they mention, only a starter amount of essentials are provided but Walmart is right down the street. Super close to all local attractions, dining options, and about 1 hour from beach & Cape Canaveral. The host provided great instructions for checking in making it a breeze. The only thing I noticed about the home was it may have not been vacuumed before our stay as my 2 year old while crawling on the ground in the upstairs master bedroom found a random pill, applesauce lids, and socks under the bed. Other than that the house was very clean and stocked with essentials. Our family would definitely return and recommend this home to others.
