“Great location. Property was ok. Didn’t like the mandatory nonrefundable damage deposit. Seems like a money grab and didn’t realize until I was finalizing the reservation. Bedroom was small. Washer and dryer were crammed into a closet in the bedroom. Cabinet doors and drawer in the bathroom were broken. GFCI outlet in the bathroom had burn marks so felt uneasy using it”

“We really enjoyed the property. The location is a very close to the public beach and we had several groups set up on the private property during the holiday weekend. Luckily, the other units in the building weren't using the beach so it didn't cause a problem, but it easily could have if all six units were trying to use the beach.
