“We were a family of 5 that stayed on the penthouse floor. It was fabulous, clean, on-site laundry and the rooftop pool with views was incredible. They are extremely responsive. The TV was not working & we thought it was the remote...what did they do? They brought a new TV, which we were not expecting. My husband loves to cook and we cooked a lot in that kitchen. The only suggestion to improve the stay would have been to have a dustpan and brush to clean up. Having 3 teenagers, there was mess on……

“The property said that it had internet and television service. We had neither our stay of 8 days. We contacted the host, whom never responded to our texts. We would see him if we were leaving or returning to the property. We spoke about our TV situation several times, 2 hotel employees came to look at the TV. It was determined that the router was dead. That was the last time we heard anything about the problem. After that it seems like we were forgotten. No one contacted us about a solution. We……

“Be aware the road, or trail more like it, to the hotel is very rough, only 1 lane in same areas. Check in took 15 minutes, with remote concierge. Views from balcony is great. Grounds are well kept. lots of small birds singing. Room is large and king bed is comfortable.”

“The residence was very nice and well set up. No issues. Communication with the host was disappointing. If customer service is important, this may not be the place. If it is of no concern to you, the spot is very nice.”

“Everything is good but is too noise from music at night and traffic in early morning! Not recommend who flow 7hrs and needs a good night sleep ”
