“We had a wonderful time in Scottsdale. This is a great place to stay for a number of reasons. The location was perfect for getting to our activities and restaurants. The property is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Located in a very nice community, we enjoyed the amenities that were available to us. Perhaps the most impressive thing is the owners. They are friendly and their communication was outstanding. We totally recommend this property and are looking forward to returning at a later……

“Gave four stars overall just due to pool being shut down for maintenance on the hottest day here. Bummer! Would recommend adding another tv and maybe more comfy seating. With a fam of four and 2 teenage boys, we all fought for the sofa.”

“Arrived and met with 10 stairs to the unit front door. Hosts gave me wrong code to open front door. Called hosts. Started to unpack and found out no water. Called hosts. Had to wait for utility company to figure it out. Told I’d be comped for one night. Then unpacked and tried to turn on tv- no wi-fi and only streaming service. Another call to host. Then two days later wanted to heat food in the oven. Oven broken-locked oven doors. Called hosts. No help and totally frustrated. Called hosts again……

“We enjoyed our stay at Joshua Tree. It is so handy to everything we wanted to do, including golf, hiking, restaurants, shopping, museums, entertainment, etc. The unit is not overly large but we were comfortable. There were a couple of issues, but Judi resolved them immediately. The hosts were very responsive.”

“Don’t book if you want pool access or a property host resolves issues. A pool was a requirement for my extended stay, so I confirmed pool details with the host before booking. However, a pool key was required for entry to the gated pool but a pool key was never provided, despite my persistent inquiries and reaching out to Vrbo Customer Service directly. The host would often simply not even respond. No refund was provided either. It seemed like blatant false advertising. Similarly, this is a……

“If you love having everyone spread out in a beautiful home with an amazing outdoor living, then this is the home for you!”

“Great location/property, only feedback I received from anyone who stayed there was the chlorine level seemed a bit high in the pool/hot tub. The people who used both all had the same feedback. I also couldn't find the garbage bags but that is not really a complaint! Great time and if the timing works we will try and rent the same place next year.”
