Parks Residences

It was very pleasant that people were great why and peaceful there was a train that you could utilize it like a sound machine worked out perfectly for us in the Jacuzzi was off the charts. Great help.

It would have been a flawless experience without the grounds keeper starting an electric leaf blower at 6:30a. They spent nearly 2 hours around the pool so it was quite a surprise when the pool was opened there was still a lot of floating debris and tree seeds on the ground. Spectacular pool by the way.

Great place to stay with a wonderful resteraunt on site

The newly renovated hotel was amazing. Debora at the front desk was the most delightful lady. We love her. We recommend having a microwave to heat the pastries, a heater in the beautiful library in order to enjoy more in winter months and two heaters in suites with two rooms. It’s way too cold to have one.

The front desk staff was welcoming even though he got swamped with bookings during the holiday weekend. Truly appreciate his work and efforts to get us checked in quickly because we had a late check in and we were antsy to get some rest. I highly recommend this hotel as it comes with breakfast and the place was very clean. We had everything we needed.

great personnel and wonderful showers and bsth. staff super friendly and helpful. fully recommend

great stay had no issues. Room was spotless and staff was friendly. Would stay again especially for the price. Area was quiet and slept peacefully

Rooms were clean, pool was great, shopping and dining within walking distance

Very clean. Check in was a breeze. Young girl at the desk was great!

It is September of 2024 and Hotel still has a new carpet scent. Comfortable, spacious and modern

We enjoyed Inn History. Made a mistake thinking it had a full kitchen. It had fridge and microwave and an electric skillet so we were ok. Grills available but this Floridian did not want to go out in the snow! Perfect for two people. Charming decor. (Would be really cramped to use the pull out couch.)

I really love the services breakfast 10/10

They were awesome about refunding us when the highway was shut down and we could not get there

A great find right on Rt66. Americana at its best!

Excellent property

A hidden gem the hotel is completely remodeled and in great taste. Quiet and peaceful and so many places for dinner or drinks on route 66

Had an great time, room was clean and free breakfast was much better than most free breakfasts.

We love staying here, love the bar and breakfast food options.

All was great, except paid parking. But overall the stay was reasonable.

The staff was very courteous and was able to check us in early. The room was spacious and clean. They had a nice gym with functioning equipment. I was very impressed with their continental breakfast as they give you vouchers to eat at their onsite restaurant. So you were able whatever breakfast meal from their menu and the food was large portions and very delicious. We know exactly where we want to stay whenever we are in flagstaff.
